Would it be possible to add an option to sort search results/category lists by rating? I know most videos aren't rated but I think it would be useful be to able to quickly see the videos that have high ratings.

Unfortunately this is not possible for now.
The only thing we have is top 10 which can be found here: http://pornizer.com/stats/
